Their feet are their Achilles heel. Often crushed, they condemn the entire frame to the dumpster, even when it remains intact. A few bends will be enough to transform a Vauban barrier into a structure for Bultan.
Knots in the wood
The Bultex company manufactures its bed bases in pine. For aesthetic considerations, the presence of knots in the wood prevents a small part of the slats from framing customers' sleep. Hidden under the cushions, this defect does not prevent the Bultan from providing comfort and rigidity.
High quality foam
Below a certain size, the production losses of La Maison de la Mousse et du Rubber are considered unusable. As thin and elongated, the Bultan cushions are housed between the bars and exploit this loss which leads to the scrapping of several m3 of high quality foam every day.
The fabrics of a large industry
Seducing car manufacturers is no easy task. At the automotive interior fabric designer Tesca, many tests are refused. Technically successful, these hundreds of meters of attempts end up in the trash. These fabrics serve as envelopes for the Bultan cushions, giving them an industrial engineering that is more than welcome! Resistant to abrasion and fire, anti-stain, these fabrics still have some great arguments...

Nos meubles sont faits entièrement en déchet (à part les vis). C’est bien simple, les produire, c’est dépolluer.

Nos meubles viennent des poubelles et nous ne voulons pas qu’ils y retournent. Ils sont donc conçus pour durer le plus longtemps possible.
