The request for BNP Paribas Real Estate is to create an atypical, exotic and attractive place, communicating THE values of Creativity, innovation and efficiency. This War Room will welcome employees, customers and prospects at the heart of its head office. For this project, the BNP has chosen the maximum project:
It is in the rather dense district of the ZAC Bord de Seine, facing the water that we imagined the eco-responsible pavilion. The pavilion is simple and bright by its materials. It has a volume cut like a relief, and forms a movement highlighting its point of entry at the forecourt. The inflection is defined by the site's templates and its orientation logic, to let the sun enter the interior of the room.
The whole forms a privileged working environment where the links in light and outside are predominant and give the space a quality of approval and comfort on a daily basis.
The maximum waste has made it possible to sourcing all the materials used for the project.
This choice is based first on the desire to communicate on the use of industrial production losses as a model of series eco-production. In a second step to prove by this project, that materials from reuse can claim a final rendering as qualitative as materials from a standard circuit. The choice was therefore made on the aesthetic quality that muddled materials could have: brushed aluminum panels, glazing, steel structure and oak interior coating.
